Electrical Fire in the Rafters

This home in Clovis, CA had an electrical fire that started in the rafters of this home. The insulation caught fire and burned slowly which finally made it's way through the ceiling and into the home.

By the time the smoke detectors went off most of the ceiling was damaged and need a good cleaning and replacement. The smoke smell in the wood took more time to clean but we were able to get the smell out with some deodorization techniques.
