Water Damaged Living Room in Clovis

The failed washer in this Clovis home overflowed and covered this laminated wood-type flooring with water. The boards absorbed some of the water. SERVPRO technicians can quickly remove the water to prevent damage to the appliances, base cabinets, and toe-kicks but the flooring is non-salvageable. The concrete pad must be dried slowly and thoroughly to ensure that a new floor would not be affected by an old water loss issue. We do our best to save what we can since our philosophy is to "restore, and not replace," but we do what is best for our customers. Our goal is always to make them feel "Like it never even happened."
