Mold is always present in your home. Mold spores are outside and usually sporulate during the fall. After a vacation the owners came home to a black and green spot all over the walls of their beautiful home.

A supply line had broken in the kitchen which had left water throughout the home for a couple of days. The water then started to evaporate and the added moisture caused the mold to grow.
